Is there a specific age group that can use your products?

Currently Genie products are safe for all ages, unless stated otherwise, always consult your healthcare professional if unsure.

What charities do you support?

A portion from our sales goes towards helping local communities, charities and
towards planting trees in much needed areas. To keep updated on these causes,
make sure to follow us on our socials.

Can I use your products if i'm pregnant?

Nope, we never have and never will. Genie does not test our products on animals.

Do you test on animals?

Genie products are safe, vegan, and contain no nasties such as chemicals, parabens,
sulphates or mineral or palm based oils, but always check with your healthcare
professional.

Where is Genie made?

Genie is formulated and made right here in Australia.

Shipping FAQ

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately once we receive your order and have sent our your purchase, we
are unable to cancel or modify it. We always recommend double checking your
delivery address and details when placing your order.

If you would like to cancel an order after it has been shipped, you must wait for your parcel to arrive to your address, before returning  it to us in its original packaging and unopened goods for a refund. Shipping fees back to our warehouse in Perth, Australia will be your responsibility. For more information check our shipping policy.
