Nope, we never have and never will. Genie does not test our products on animals
Can I use your products if i'm pregnant?
Genie products are safe, vegan, and contain no nasties such as chemicals, parabens, sulphates or mineral or palm based oils, but always check with your healthcare professional.
Shipping
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately once we receive your order and have sent our your purchase, we are unable to cancel or modify it. We always recommend double checking your delivery address and details when placing your order.
If you would like to cancel an order after it has been shipped, you must wait for your parcel to arrive to your address, before returning it to us in its original packaging and unopened goods for a refund.
